Brian J Scotese
CEO
Before entering the medical cannabis industry, Brian Scotese was an Information Technology (IT) consulting trailblazer.
With over thirty-five years of entrepreneurial and managerial experience leading startups, Brian is passionate about building new businesses from the ground up and giving them the tools they need to succeed.
Brian’s commitment to staying on the cutting edge of medical technology was what led him to the world of cannabis and his membership in ArcView, a national cannabis industry investment group.
Brian has invested in cannabis startups across the United States through his ArcView membership, developing an in-depth knowledge of the technology, marketing expertise, and high-quality product needed to create one of Ohio’s leading processing businesses.
Dr. Todd Pesek MD
Medical Director
Dr. Todd is a holistic physician who specializes in disease prevention and reversal toward longevity and vital living. In addition to serving as our Medical Director, Dr Todd is the Founder and President of VitalHealth Partners, a private group medical practice in Northeastern Ohio that focuses on preventative, integrative, holistic healthcare.
He is a professor of Health Sciences where his international research platform in ethnobotany, ethnopharmacology, and phytochemistry has led him to identify and isolate novel plant compounds with medicinal applications including terpenes and even sesquiterpenes from complex floras the world-over and based on indigenous pharmacopoeias in collaborative fashion.
In addition, Dr Todd is a master formulator having successfully launched several leading supplement brands including NEXTY and Delicious Living Gold recognized Nutritional Roots and one of the very first hemp-based product lines in the US. This line developed leading entourage blends targeting novel solutions to structure function aspects in human physiology including complex issues such as: performance and energy enhancement, balanced mood, restful sleep, stress mitigation, chronic pain abatement, mental clarity and nootropics for cognitive health.
Dr Todd received his medical doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, and completed his training in Medicine at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, St. Vincent Charity Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio.

Alexander Sandorf
Master Extractor
Our in-house master extractor Alexander Sandof has expertise in product formulation with multiple relevant cannabis industry certifications.
Over thirteen years of cultivation experience, Sandorf has operated multiple vertically integrated facilities and has been responsible for establishing the indoor cultivation and production schedules of several cannabis brands.
Alexander’s extraction practices are focused on light hydrocarbons.
He can produce any cannabis product, including isolates of purity greater than 99.5% with clean RST’s. Throughout his eleven years (and counting) in the industry, Sandorf has maintained a passion for safety, consistency, and high-quality cannabis production that characterizes his work for Lighthouse Sciences.

Certified Aromatherapist Lou Scotese has been creating custom oils for over a decade.
Her career started by making blends to support the health of herself and her family, and her practice quickly grew to encompass a successful line of hand formulated products.
Today, Lou’s product lines are popular with customers of all ages and lifestyles across the United States.
After receiving a certification in medical cannabis patient care, Lou partnered with her husband Brian to work with a national team of medical cannabis specialists and create a cannabis-infused line of topical treatments.
